Comfortable in Your Own Skin

What is being "comfortable in your own skin?"Maslow termed the phenomena "self-actualization." But, what is self-actualization? We might think of it as a person who feels they have actually lived up to their potential and are satisfied with that level of achievement.
It may be easier to understand the concept of being comfortable by its effects, rather like we can tell where the wind is by its impact on the trees.
Reality. A person comfortable in their own skin has a clear perception of reality and is at peace with it. The person has a keen ability to reason, see the truth, is logical and efficient.
Acceptance. A person comfortable in their own skin has the ability to see himself and humanity as they are without crippling guilt or regret.
Flexibility. Their is a characteristic of uninhibited, autonomous ethics.
Focus. Their is a charateristic of being centered and comfortable in their mission in life.
Their is one major path way to becoming comfortable in your own skin, self exploration and action. The deeper you move into self exploration the closer you come to being comfortable in your own skin.
