Hi Reg,
I'm going through a conflict at work and found this very helpful. May I post a link to this quiz on the site of two professional communities of practice that I belong to? I think other young professionals might find this helpful as well.

Thanks,
Beatrice

Hello Beatrice,
Absolutely, link away. Elemental Truths is all about coming together and sharing value added ideas. Is there anything you would like to see addressed on Elemental Truths that I haven't touched or that needs closer examination?
Peace!
Reg

Good Afternoon,

I am a corporate trainer for a healthcare company and am in the middle of building a Conflict First Aid (kind of the 911 of conflict) class and am also working on my Masters in Education, with specialization in Training and Performance Improvement. I am interested is using your conflict management quiz in two ways: 1. I'd like to use it in one of my classes to issue to students, collect the data, and analyze input for a report, and 2. To use it in my Conflict First Aid as a self-assessment tool company employees can take-away with them. I'll be sure to give you ful-credit and provide a link to your site as an additional resource. I look forward to hearing from you.

I'm certain something could be arranged.
In fact, depending upon your location I might be able to provide an on site (or podcast) presentation for you.
However, this post (and almost everything else) will soon be moved to my new site which is www.elementaltruths.com
Please bookmark the new site and add it to your bloglines reader.
Thanks,
Dr. "Reg" Adkins

I am preparing a classroom management module for instructors in the oilfield industry; the oilfield personnel will mostly be in Western Canada.

I have found your questionnaire at http://elementaltruths.blogspot.com/2006/11/conflict-management-quiz.html but don't see access to it from your new web site.

May I have your permission to use this questionnaire in print and/or online format, please.

Bonne journee

Hello Dr Adkins,
I am a facilitator and mediator with a non profit in Victoria, Canada. We teach an introductory conflict management course aimed primarily at low income and marginalized individuals. Our course is free of charge to most of our our participants. I would like your permission to replace our current instrument for the 5 conflict styles with your excellent one. I am requesting your permission to do this. How can we arrange this. We would, of course, give you full recognition.
Regards,
