Similar topics would be in the 100's section of the library on philosophy and psychology.
Reg holds a Bachelors and a Masters in education and a Doctorate in counseling. In addition to working in the public school system he does consultation work and guest speaking.

I am a corporate trainer for a healthcare company and am in the middle of building a Conflict First Aid (kind of the 911 of conflict) class and am also working on my Masters in Education, with specialization in Training and Performance Improvement. I am interested is using your conflict management quiz in two ways: 1. I'd like to use it in one of my classes to issue to students, collect the data, and analyze input for a report, and 2. To use it in my Conflict First Aid as a self-assessment tool company employees can take-away with them. I'll be sure to give you ful-credit and provide a link to your site as an additional resource.
